Request - 16 team, 102 game schedule

Hello, I would like to request a 102 game schedule for my 16 team APA league. They have two sub divisions with 2 divisions, each with 4 teams.

Ideally I would like 36 games to be played within their division, 24 games to be played with the other division in the same sub-league, and the rest to be interleague games with at least every team playing each other in a 3 game series. I'd like 6 games a week with one off-day, preferably on Monday, but I'm not picky. I'd also like an All-Star game scheduled, but I think I can do that in-game regardless? Not really sure how creating schedules works.

How important is "102" games? 108 would make it perfectly.

3-3//3-3 games against 4 teams the division 3-3//3-3 (36 games).
3//3 games against 4 teams in the other division (24 Games).
3//3 games against 8 teams of the other sub-league (48 Games).

But 102 games is feasible...

An idea about a start date?

It doesn't have to be 102 games. That's just the number that I've been playing. 108 would be fine if that works better for scheduling. My current start date is April 16th. Is it also possible to make sure the season ends with teams playing in their own division?

Not so long ago, I prepared a 108-game schedule for 32 teams. So, it was easy for me to work from there.

The last 2 weeks are Intra-Division

Here's the detail about the schedule:

16 team schedule, 108 games
Designed for the following configuration:
2 subleague, with 2 division each, with 4 teams each

12 games against each team in the same division
6 games against all the team of the other division
6 games against all the team of the other sub-league

No cases of more than 6 straight days without offday
No homestands or roadtrips longer than 9 games
Game times set at 7:05pm, Sunday at 1:05pm

Season begins Tuesday on or after April 16
Season thus ends Late August
All-Star Game set for Tuesday of 11th week of season (End of June - beginning of July)

I noticed that I can remove a week of Inter-League games in the 108-game schedule and I would then generate a 102-game schedule as you have requested.
