Bump... 2 of my 3 teams I can't play... this has been going on since the start. It's a total waste and not even worth competing now when you're this far behind.

It would be nice if you'd just issue a complete refund at this point, I don't want to have to go through my CC company. It's not good for you either, as payment processors do keep score here for these situations.

It's just not a playable product, and it shouldn't have been released. I wish this wasn't the case.

We are actively looking into it, but so far the server logs do not give us a hint about what might be going on. Sorry for this! We will figure it out.

Do the transaction logs show the moves that the AI did?
Also, after the simulation comes back, does it indicate some sort of error in the "Last Imported Submit Error Code" field of the Profile & Settings tab of the PT Home Screen?

For what it is worth, after suffering from this bug for quite some time on 2 of my teams, I have not had any more problems after what I said in post nr.9 on this thread (basically I stopped pressing the submit team button after making changes)

I do not use that feature. Also, I don't see a report of transaction log that would show movements in players from Active to Reserve or show changes in my lineup strategies.

Also, no error messages are received at all.

I have been resorting to removing everyone from reserves. But it still will change my player lineup strategies. Like having someone play every 3rd game when I don't want them to.

As of right now, all three teams seem to be saving correctly. That's a first.

If something changes, I'll update.

Ugh.. it just randomly changed it for one of my teams again. It just sits out players so you're screwed as you can't bring them back in for 14 games as you know.

Having this problem also. Thought I was just misremembering changes, but I took screenshots after the changes I made yesterday and today 2 members of my lineup have been switched out and have the 14-day waiting time again. I have all my settings turned to manager - not AI.

Back from Paternity leave and I'll be trying to gather information from everyone having this issue. If you had or are having roster reset issues in PT please do DM me with the information below.

1-Date(s) you've seen the resets occurring
2-The account the resets are happening to
3-Is this PT Leagues or Tournaments?

I listed all this info above already.. it's been happening since day one. It seems the other teams resolved, but one is still randomly being changed.This is PT leagues, not tourneys.

I have gotten everyone who posted on this thread added to our list to review and look into. I've got most of your dates and accounts so we can know exactly what to look into. I know the dev team is trying to nail down the logs for when these happen so they can finally get what the cause is removed from the system. If anyone else has had this issue please DM me and I'll make sure your team is added to our list to review.

Running latest patch (build 64) and I get to join the "Hey, the computer screwed up my roster!" Club.

Manager: mcgator
Team: Fort Davis Waves

Had checked other two teams, then logged into this one. Computer had just put players in reserve and changed lineups. Computer isn't set to change anything.

this was happening on my two alt accounts. i think it may have something to do with 'anti-tanking'.

i put some bronze card in with mostly golds, just because i was lazy and he could play all positions except catcher (dylan moore? I think? haha), then logged on a few days later, and he was sitting in reserve and it said 14 days, so a bunch of exhausted ppls
