Pitcher stuff potential scouting broken

This has been discussed in https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=337579 but I wanted to have a proper bug report thread. Scouts are seeing generated pitchers with good under the hood potential stuff as having poor potential stuff. This happens across the board to an extent that can't be explained by scouting misses, and happens to an extent that does not happen for movement or control, and did not happen in the previous year's game. Try generating an IAFA class, look at the scouted pitcher potential stuff ratings and compare to the under the hood potential stuff.

I assume this is related to the earlier pitcher stuff bug. Something has gone wrong with pitcher stuff and has not been properly fixed.

Seeing the same thing, it's preventing me from starting any new long term save as it makes it impossible to evaluate amateur pitchers.

Yes I stopped playing the game completely until this is fixed. I only play fictional single player. Drafting and signing amateurs is 100% broken, unless you don't care about drafting and signing pitchers.

As I posted in the linked thread, we'll adjust this for the next patch. There should hopefully be a new public beta sometime next week.
