Unfortunately that did not fix it. Here is my saves files. Never have crashed before this update, did a little research around here and reddit and appears it's happening to quite a bit of us. Thanks for all you do to help.

Using PC on Windows 11 with Steam here's the debug error after crashing when starting a game:

My Real MLB start save crashes on May 12th every time when clicking on continue button or sim to next day. I have never had crash problems on any other version of this game.

Version 23.2 Build 54 (64 bit) (Windows)

OS: Windows 10 Home
Lenovo Laptop
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80 GHz, 1992 Mhz
45 GB free space

I could add one player. and afterwards when i try to click any of the import options, draft class, historical player, minor league, anything the game says importing roster and immediately crashes.

This happens on all saves, all game modes. I've tried everything recommended on the tech support post and nothing works

Everytime I get to the 5th inning in a one-pitch game, my game crashes and I lose all progress. This happened sometimes in OOTP 21 and 22, but now it's happening every single game I play. I don't play many games live, but I do for the playoffs and several key reg season games. What do I do? I am on a newer Mac that is fully updated

Sorry, it's been a crazy week, so we're a bit behind at this point. I could recreate the crash with your files, but we haven't been able to find the cause just yet. Will try to get to that asap.

When the game is crashing during 3d play, one possibility is that some animations are not properly loaded. So if you go to settings > troubleshooting > and click on the button to force reinstall game data, that might fix things. On Steam you'd do this by right clicking on the game in Steam, then going to properties > local files > verify local files.

A not major issue, because I'm tickled got my account lined up and in it, which is better than it was. The issue is whenever a pack was opening, it would crash out. Never a problem on previous years on 3d opening but it did not like it. Seen a suggestion on reloading files that maybe something didn't get lined so I'll probably try that but for the moment I just turned it off, I'm ok with seeing who they are by name even if cant see the card as the moment. At some point when it calms down for you all, if the reload install thing doesn't work, I will do a trace, just throwing it out there so it there is any other things I've missed to try, suggestions are appreciated. Thanks for all the work.

Whenever I'm in PT and try to Customize Team, the game will start loading logos and then crash. Attached the debug trace file. Let me know if there's anything else needed.

Ok, so we took a look at this and it looks like the issue has to do with the All-Star voting email causing a crash.

There will be a fix for this in the next patch, but in the meantime probably some combination deleting and recreating some of the AS events (voting in particular) around and/or deleting the AS game itself might advance this game.

I've tried a couple combinations so far (moving the AS voting event to the next day f.e.) that haven't worked. I will try experimenting a little more to see if I can find a combination that works, and will let you know if I do.

Have you heard any solution since? I still get this error and can't use facegen or 3d features. It's really ruining the experience of playing the game I love

My game froze after trying to make a newly created league full screen. Which is really frustrating, because I didn't save it right after creation. The screen is completely backed out.

Pretty pissed right now.

EDIT: Upon reloading the league through the load option, my progress was thankfully saved! However, this has happened to me before. Please please please fix this issue. I don't want to risk a crash by simply making the game full screen.

I feel like the crash on unpack screen and the crash on customize team could potentially be linked. I'm no developer, but I have that problem as well and I'm thinking it's all linked together in some way.

I'm running a historical league. I simmed the entire first season with no issues. I'm trying to play the games in year 2 and the game has crashed in the later innings of 2 of my first 6 games. Any tips? I wish I could set auto save to every inning. It feels like I should stop playing that league until it gets patched or I find a work-around.

Worked off my frustration if having to replay 2 of the first 6 games and tried again but the game crashed with 1 out in the 9th inning of what would have been a win. Very frustrating. I want to keep playing, but there is no point.
