I just created my first OOTP23 account. I was trying to use the same account & email combination I used in OOTP22 so I'd get my loyalty rewards. I goofed. An extra character (typo) appears in my account name. My old and tired eyes failed to note the extra character.
I could just use that account name as a 2nd account BUT the required email address is locked to the mistyped account name. Also, when I tried to login for the newly created account your site informed me that the account is disabled. I assume that's because the associated email now has two account names linked to it? I don't see a way to delete the account. I do not see a way to rename the account. So, I'm stuck. I have not opened the 6 starter packs - the fact that only the 6 starter packs were available made me aware that something was wrong so I logged out without proceeding. The correct account name is "thegreatbrain". The INCORRECT account name is "thegreawtbrain". How should i proceed from here? Thank you. |

You could try opening a support ticket. But good luck!! I did the same exact thing, opened a ticket on May 1st. Said it would be resolved on May 4th, and then pushed back again to yesterday(May 14th). Still waiting.....So like I said....good luck!!
