Sorry if I'm being obnoxious and grubbing for a free pack, but I never received the free diamond pack? Is there anyway to still get it? Goodness knows I could use a diamond card in my terrible roster.

If you started the team before Friday, the deadline Markus had mentioned, you should have received the pack. If you didn't, then please send a message to support and they can look into it further.

Aaah, okay, I started my team on Saturday, sorry, I missed that note about starting by Friday. Thanks for the info!
