All, A weird situation has popped up and I have no clue what caused it. I have some high stamina starting itchers that through in the mid 90's. The first 4-5 starts they were great and lasted to 7-8 innings as you would expect. Now, for the past few starts they are significantly tired towards exhaustion by the 3rd inning and are totally exhausted by the 4-5 inning. I used a reliever start to give all starters an extra day but still same result. I even recruited an additional starter to go to a 6 man rotation with no difference. Its gotten to the point hat i have to bring in RP's by 4-5 inning and now my RP corps is exhausted as well. This cannot continue as all of my. When I start them they are 100% rested and ready with no injuries. I am at a loss as to what to do now. It is to the point i cannot continue my team because every other day my RP corps is done and cant pitch. Any ideas?

What year settings are you using. If it is 2022 or there about, starters going only 5 innings is not unusual.

Do you not have a trainer, or your trainer's fatigue recovery stat is poor?

ok that is what i think it is. The trainer is average and the pitching coach is poor.

Might I suggest that the OP check the Stats and AI page to ensure pitcher stamina didn't somehow change. |

Also check that the pitchers in question are actually set to be Starting Pitchers. It's likely the league stamina setting. Trainers and coaches have nothing to do with an issue that extreme.

It is also a good idea to look into other teams in the league. If AI teams are showing similar problems that will show that it is an issue with the League Settings and not one of your team settings.

yeah i made the trainers legendary and went to all dh rules and have no changes (just as a test). I didn't think that it might be a league setting

ok i am starting to see a little change. I actually started leaving the pitchers in there for 2 innings when exhausted and to 6-7 innings and i am now seeing them recover faster. instead of 4 out 5 SP's being tired or exhausted i am seeing 1 exhausted and 1 tired but the rest being rested. I can't explain this unless they are getting more stretched out. I will continue to monitor but it seems they may report exhausted but they may not be completely exhausted.

It is not unusual at all that at any given time, in your pitching depth chart, 3 SP will show as exhausted, one yellow (tomorrow's starter) and one fresh (today's starter). If you are playing any season in the last 30 years (or more) then SP cannot work any more regularly than every fifth day. But maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are saying.
