Played 20, 21 and only one Gold Pack?

I played PT20 and PT21 but I didn't buy 22.
I registered the same account with the same email address I used for PT 20 and 21 in PT 23.
And I only got 1 Gold Pack.

This is a loyalty bonus program the dev posted.
Since Perfect Team 19: 2 Diamond, 1 Historical Pack, 1 Gold Pack and 1 Silver Pack
Since Perfect Team 20: 1 Diamond, 1 Gold Pack and 1 Silver Pack
Since Perfect Team 21: 2 Gold Packs
Since Perfect Team 22: 1 Gold Pack

Also they said "skipping one version reduces the bonus to the next level".

I thought I would get 2 Gold Packs instead of one.
Was it something wrong with my account or am I missing something?

Before you joined PT23, just download the OOTP app and play PT 22? You would have had more rewards.

I believe by "skipping one version reduces the bonus to the next level" they mean that, in your case, the 2-game loyalty bonus is 2 Gold packs, but since you skipped a version instead it's reduced to a 1-game loyalty of 1 Gold pack.

In my opinion, the "skipping one version reduces the bonus to next level" bit was easily misunderstood. I played '19, '21, and '22 and assumed that I would get "reduced" to the three year bonus, but received the two year. When I inquired about it, the devs stated this was correct, basically rendering my '19 purchase irrelevant since I would've received a two-year reward for '21 and '22 anyway.

If you ordered in the first week, the one gold is likely for that and not as a loyalty reward. Because if it worked like mine, you may not have received anything for loyalty at all.

EDIT: I mostly thought it would work this way, because last year it did. I received the two-year award for playing '19 and '21 and actually received less this year than last following another purchase.
