Sigh. Still waiting for an activation email on my third account. Opened a ticket a few days ago but still no activation email. Sigh. I guess I may miss out on the diamond pack.

I submitted a ticket too about activating my second and third teams in Perfect Team. I've been playing for several years to was hoping to score some loyalty packs.

I was able to activate one team and it looks like I received loyalty packs (got a diamond and some golds...).

Can't activate the other two. I SWEAR I've only used one email to create those teams the last few years. If I did use another email I didn't think I could get access it but I now can. (I'm certain I've never used a third.)

How do activate the other two teams?

Are there any step by step instructions on doing this?

When I submitted the ticket I received a wall of text intended I guess to address multiple issues but no way I'm going to try to wade through it....

Log in one of them to PT22. Click on your user name. It will open your Challenge Mode page. Click settings. Look at the email. These steps may not be exact but they will get you there. Then you will know the email that you used.

Angry Unable to log into PT--Build 23.2.54

I have been receiving since downloading Build 23.2.54 the following error message when attempting to log into PT:

"Could not download PT League File! Please try to restart OOTP. If error persists, please try again in a few minutes, there is likely a temporary server outage."

I have rebooted my computer (running Windows 10) several times without success. The program was downloaded directly from the OOTP servers.

Okay so I actually I did better than this. I logged into Ootp 20. Logged into each of my three teams, Cheesehead1964, Cheesehead 1965, and Cheesehead 1966. All trace to my same email account.

There is obviously an issue here. When I first setup my three teams the game INSISTED that I use a different Email address. I had to go create two new ones to get my 2nd and 3rd team - so the restriction IS true.


In your case, however, there must have been a glitch of some sort that allowed you to use the same Email OR the Challenge Mode isn't giving you the correct information.

I've never EVER had to use three separate email accounts to create three separate Perfect Teams - fake news.



I filed a ticket last week and sent screen shots documenting that I've only every used one email to create my three Perfect Teams dating back to Ootp20.



Still awaiting resolution but I really wished I had not purchased the product this year. I've only ever had to use my same team names and passwords to use Perfect Team the last few years.

They have always had to be technically different emails. If you log in to the old challenge mode website (challenge.ootpdevelopments.com), under your user profile settings you can see what email you used for each account.
Then I would take it up with OOTP via submitting a ticket.
