The ability to change email addresses would be nice.

Well that's just preposterous!! We've already determined that the consensus opinion is that you are beholden to the same email address for the rest of your life and if you dare change it, lose it, or delete it, you should forever suffer the consequences, otherwise it's entitlement.

I registered with a new email and started this years PT. While I believe the email situation was handled poorly, it will not change my affection for both the game and the developers. My concern is whether the little company that can, has turned into the big company of won't.

Customer service is dead and has been for a while. It doesn't make sense in today's market of cents and seconds. You churn out a system that works for 95 percent of people and then simply ignore the other 5 percent. We are seeing this in nearly every industry, ESPECIALLY in sports cards where Panini might be the worst company from a customer service standpoint in any industry. It shouldn't surprise me, but I just didn't think it would happen to this company.

I feel like the father when their kid tries sneaking in after getting caught drinking. I'm not upset, I'm just disappointed.

And now the new servers aren't even working. I'm curious how the boot lickers will blame us for this too.

I've literally never spent more than about 10 minutes on any previous edition of PT. But I guess I'm a bootlicker now for saying this is a good game and that identity theft is bad?

I never named names, which I'm sure is against the TOS somewhere anyway, so if it doesn't apply to you then obviously you can't take offense.

Now, if it WERE to apply to someone, hypothetically of course, who said something along the lines of it being the customer's fault that he didn't forecast into the future that he would need to make sure to use an email address that he wouldn't later lose access to and therefore it's his fault, then yes, I'd obviously lump that purely hypothetical person in with the bootlicker crowd. But again, this is purely hypothetical as I would never directly insult someone like that.

Alright, well if it wasn't intended at me then no harm no foul.

This game is awesome, and I'm loving the PT release so far.
