Tool-tip Explaining Ratings

When you hover over players, you get a tool-tip snapshot of their ratings. When sorting players, be it when you're looking at your line-up, rotation, market, I'd like to see a detailed tool-tip explanation of what contact/gap power/eye/avoid k's etc, all mean. Most of them, especially on the hitting side are pretty self explanatory, but some on the pitching side can be a bit confusing. Plus it would be nice to have the exact definitions from the devs themselves instead of what many of us might think the ratings are (no that any of you are wrong). The trigger for the tool-tip would be the top of the columns that you are sorting.

I'm a very forgetful person...OK so maybe I'm just usually pretty stoned when I'm playing, so it would be nice to have the reminder of what the stats actually do for the sake of simulation
