I keep getting can't find team then it hangs and I have to force quit. It let's me log in though and shows the packs but no go - my email verification worked.

If you had issues with creating the team, some of those cases may have been re-set, so please try registering your team again. If you are still having issues, please file a support ticket with your Perfect Team username at Support@ootpdevelopments.com

On the plus side, I registered my old primary team, got to log in, got all my rewards, pack opening went fine, no disconnects, no errors, no mishaps -

Now I wonder whether being on the Steam version and never having played the Beta gives you an advantage now (no bad files in cache etc.)?

A lot of the files I deleted to fix it were definitely from the beta.

Im quickly becoming disillusioned here, but im trying to be patient....but the fact that I can't get someone to help resolve my registration issue after 24 hours with more than a copy and paste from Markus is really frustrating. I appreciate the offer for a diamond pack if we get registered...but I dont have faith Ill get registered by Friday now as I've seen zero progress in 24 hours for me.

They did resolve my one account by finally send me the registration link this morning. Still no word on my third account. Hard to ask for patience now, I totally understand it, but I am sure they will help you out if you email then with the issue. I am also worried I don't get it fixed by Friday and lose that pack, which isn't a great solution either, but I am guessing they will work with us on that issue as well.

Well, PT is back to 100% unplayable for me. It appears since I made the egregious decision to buy the game from Epic I have to wait for Epic to approve the update before it's pushed out.



Update came out at what, 11:30 for everyone else? 4:00 here now and I still have no update or way to play PT. Cool...never seen updates delayed across multi-platform games.

Again can't log in. Funny login works fine for OOTP22. About to give up on this game. Let me know when you finally fix it.

Did you make a new account for 23? Accounts do not transfer over from 22 or earlier to 23.

Wow!

Reading all these comments, I'm very glad I decided to wait for a half price sale to buy the game. Maybe by then all of the bugs will be fixed. Maybe.
