Why hasn't the entry pool started? I understand there's still issues with people's accounts but the entry pools still could have started for everyone else.

You already get to trade, do missions, and open packs. Have a heart for the poor sods that didn't win the lottery with this...

The only people that can buy cards and packs are basically those who purchased points. There is no way to generate pp at this point. Entry pools should have opened by now. Those people who haven't gotten in can easily catch up over the course of a couple days

I'm just hoping for an update at this point. Are we looking at a day, a week, a month before the game actually starts? I'm trying to be patient but I also think being able to play the game isn't too much to ask for (though I recognize that with the issues they're having, it might be impossible.)

We're still working through all the account issues at the moment. We'll have more info shortly on the plans going forward.

Thank you, Matt - I appreciate the response and hope everything goes well over there. I am bouncing back and forth between feeling sympathy for everyone at OOTP who is working to fix all these issues and frustration about the fact that there are so many issues in the first place. Good luck getting it all up and running.

Good morning. Still no launch eh? Let's all hope for 10 AM ET start. Like others, I want some tournaments at least, and enough of them so they don't all fill completely.,

If I wanted to go through the re-learning of how to insert a gif here I'd put in the "Why not both" cheerios girl.

This isn't beta. There is an expectation by the consumers, many of us of whom have purchased every single release since company inception, of a (FULLY) working product on release. Perfect Team is a cash cow and the biggest vertical for the company by far, and this launch isn't a good look.

You can be a loyal customer and still voice displeasure when things don't go right. God knows us consumers hear the wrath during live streams from the team when someone expresses anything short of adulation. They can put on their big boy panties and own up to dropping the ball, the bat, the glove, their left cleat, their T shirt, and baseball cap on this one.
