Haven't received Brooks Robinson

I finished the loyalty mission in PT 22 and haven't received Brooks in 23 yet. I've logged out and back in multiple times and he's not in my cards, active or inactive.

You need to log out and then in again and then it will show up.

Is there any sort of way to check if we completed the loyalty mission in 22 and would be eligible for the Brooks Robinson card?

I do not have mine as well. I will check again tomorrow morning to see if it arrives. (logged out a few times and even closed there game all the way out)

Last night there were obviously many issues. If the card is not in your account when sims start later today, please send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com and we will verify what happened.
