Try to quit the game, and delete the league folders with the ".pt" ending in your saved games folder, and then try again. That could help.

Diamond Pack with no Diamond
As you can see in the screenshot, one of the Diamond Packs that came as a loyalty bonus didn't actually contain a diamond card in it.
