PT23 is unplayable???

What is happening? Keep getting in and then it wont load - or when you exit and come back in it says service unavailable? Is it me? Anyone else having issues with PT23 - Downloaded new .53 update and it says it's updated. Very frustrating and Im about to give up for the day.

Yeah, I keep running into the service unavailable message as well. I got in successfully first time without issue, but haven't been able to again. It's not just you.

Edit: of course I post that right as there is an official response, lol

These issues are ridiculous. Isn't this why there was another beta and launching delayed? Now it's delayed again literally right as we're trying to login. And nothing given to customers that pre-ordered. You should be doing more to take care of your customers that pre-ordered the game expecting to have a playable product and have been extremely disappointed so far. Otherwise why should anyone pre-order next year or buy for that matter? How are we to know that there won't be numerous issues again?

Unhappy What happened to quality control?

Ya, so many issues this year. Pretty much only play PT so has not been a smooth start at all.



My first account says I should have a "verification email". No email ever arrived. I go to resend it and now it says "Error! Email unknown, already authenticated or max resends of 3 reached." What?



When registering 2nd and 3rd account it says email does not match account. Do I need 3 separate email addresses now? That seems really silly. Launch has been a total failure IMO.

In actuality, anyone who owns the game should be compensated. Pre-orders shouldn't get anything on top for a game mode. Not arguing that this hasn't been a debacle, but the whining for extra handouts is unnecessary.

I had the same thing happen with my first. I will go out on a limb and say you probably shouldn't have attempted a second or third account until the first one went through okay.

Why? It's PT23 launch day and I want to play. To be honest none of this delay was announced from game launch, all of a sudden I load the game and there is no PT.

Stuff happens. The provider is having issues since we see HTTP 502 and HTTP 503 responses. Be patient, as a dev I know it's rough switching out a back-end provider and this is not something that will happen often at all for this game.

I'm definitely not arguing that the game mode shouldn't be playable, I'm with you in that respect and am also frustrated. I guess I meant that if you were having issues logging in on one account that you shouldn't have tried the other ones YET because there are clear issues going on.

Got it, I was hoping at least ONE of them would be playable today. Alas I was wrong.

Got thu the login issue, see my packs and points. Go to start the game and it gives a can't find your team error half way thru.

Tried creating a new account with my same email but it still won't let me log in. Used to say Bad Gateway, now just saying wrong credentials. I changed my password just to make sure, and it sent me to https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/v2/login to log in but it won't let me enter my name or password in the field. I think this is whats preventing me from being able to login in game. Not sure if this is an error on my end or theres.

Delete all the folders that end in .pt in your saved games folder and try again. That should fix this.
