An Error Occurred: Login/Registration is Disabled

Is anyone else getting that error message when trying to register a new account in Perfect Team 23?

"Tuesday May 3 - Official PT23 Launch Day
At around 2-3 AM ET (essentially in the middle of the night) we will reset all PT23 beta teams and shut down simulation servers.

At around noon ET, we will release an OOTP 23 update (build 23.2.52), you will need to install this in order to access PT. The PT system will be reopened at the same time and you can register (using the same username & email combination to qualify for the loyalty rewards) and set up your brand new team again, open your starter packs (plus any bonus packs) etc. PP purchase will be available at that time, too. If you registered during the beta, you will need to register again!"

Had this problem also the one time I could connect to try and log in.
