OOTP Online League recommendations host servers

Hello, I have played OOTP for years and enthusiastically await release every year of the newer model and never realized there was a potential for online leagues. I want to start my own just for two people. I don't mind how tedious it is, I enjoy this game so much, to host your own game. I have found several threads on HOW to make an online league. I noticed that there were at least 3 third party sites that help with setting it up. Statsplus, allsimbaseball and I cannot remember what the 3rd is.
My question is, which of those 3rd party sites have the best features or options or ease of gameplay? Any help will be great. Also, if this is the wrong thread for this type of question, I apologize.

I use Stats+ for three of my solo leagues just to increase the immersion for those who like to deep dive and couldn't recommend it more highly.

That said, I am unfamiliar with some of the functionality you might need if you want to upload and download FTP etc, so can't speak for them in that regard. But for what I need, it is tops.
