Tigers DSL too many teams

The Tigers only have 1 Dominican League team, but the game lists them as having 2

In fact, there are 4 teams in the DSL that do not exist anymore

Braves
Marlins 2
Tigers 2
Astros 2

This changes so often, I would rather keep a few extra teams in the db than have to delete and then re-add teams frequently, which is a clumsy process.

Once the season actually starts this year, we'll likely adjust things based on how things look then.
