Expansion Draft Stuck

I am doing a promotion relegation league and it had its first expansion occur. When I try to advance the game it says I can't and says i need to complete the expansion draft and then takes me to the draft page.

I created my protection list and submitted that but I cannot for the life of me identify how to progress this.

It does seem kind of strange that some of the labels will show inaugural draft or first year player draft and show the previous years draft order and such, but after clicking the dropdowns and selecting bronze leauge it will eventually work its way out...something fishy there.

Anyways I uploaded the .dat files as 20220425_ProRel_ExpansionDraft to the FTP site.

I had a similar issue with a save file - check to see that all the other teams have also submitted their protection lists. You may have to prod some club's AI to get it done.

After that, keep an eye on them! Hopefully you won't have the crazy saga I'm going through, but if so, then maybe whatever fix they try with my save will also work for yours.
