Pitcher PCM’s Acting Weird

I created a standard MLB game and tried to add a second major league to it. The batters turned out normal but even the best pitchers would be borderline guys in the MLB (this is with the default 1.000 modifiers on every ability). Most notably starters wouldn’t go above a 40 stuff rating and relievers wouldn’t go above a 45 (this is with 100% accuracy). Movement and control seem fine, but even with the modifier turned up to 10.000, there still isn’t a single pitcher above 50. Hope this is fixed soon because this seems absolutely game breaking to me.
