I can’t change the roster sizes in a current (2022) MLB game

I can’t change the roster sizes in a current (2022) MLB game. I’m trying to increase them to 30, and I can change the size number to 30 on the league settings screen, but the actual roster size never changes in the game. Help?

What is the date in your game? Are either the Expanded Initial Roster or Roster Expansion Date possibly in play and overriding your Active Roster Size?

It was the date. It was set for the first of May. Thank you very much.
