Suspended Players - Task List

Players are suspended show up with the following message in the task list "The following player(s) can now be activated from the injured list". Not injured -- just suspended and their suspension is still ongoing.

I logged this as a bug and we'll take a look.

This issue was also present in OOTP 22.
