Cannot register a new account

Playing on MacBook Pro, trying to create a new account using my credentials from PT22 and get an error message not allowing me to complete the process

I am having the same issue, I am entering everything correctly from last year on my mac, and getting the "email already in use" when trying to register, any help?

I'll add onto this post rather than make a new one, since it is semi-related.

It seems like PT22 allows shorter email addresses to be used during account creation vs what PT23 allows. As an example, my email (formatted like x@xx.xx) allows an account to be created in 22 but pops an error in 23 that says "Invalid email address, must be 10-255 bytes". This is a pretty big edge case I imagine, and not worth much/any dev effort, but if I understand correctly I will not be able to claim loyalty bonuses because of it. I'd be happy to have the email on the account changed instead if that's easier

Add another person who is unable to register same Username & same email in PT23. The error says

"this username is reserved from an account created in OOTP22 or an earlier version. Please use the email associated with that account to register this username".

I am using the same email associated with this account tho .. im confused .

For anyone having trouble registering, you'll probably get help quickest if you send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com and include as much info as possible, including the specific error messages you're getting.

Please also ensure you send the messages to support from the email address you're trying to register.

Here's mine, same as LooneyOne. Attempted to create new account using my PT22 username and email. Getting error that thinks I am not using the email associated with my username. See screenshot. Running Win10.

I'll make a new account in the meantime to beta test.

Perfect Team 23 wouldn't take my login either so I launched OOTP22 (which logins me in automatically) and after that OOTP23 accepted my login. Coincidence? maybe but it worked.

I was having the same problem also. I tried what what said by loading OOTP22 Perfect Team then I closed 22 and opened 23. Perfect Team loaded up for me also. Thank you for the advice.

This makes no sense, as the two games are on completely different backend providers, and the accounts are not connected. I believe you folks when you say it works, but I suspect what must be happening here is that it's more about closing and reopening OOTP 23 than about opening OOTP 22.

I also cannot register my PT 23 account. I have used the same account for PT 21 and 22 and would like to have the loyalty bonus. Please help.
