Public Beta Build 43 Is Available!

Hi all!

Thanks so much for all your feedback and testing again today.

We've reviewed and fixed as much as possible and now we've released build 43. The links in the initial post of the download thread have been updated, so please use them to download this new build.

Then please test it out and let us know any issues you find with it.

Here's a partial list of the fixes and changes that are included.

 - We changed the naming of the jerseys and pants. No trailing "_d" anymore in texture files. The "_n" for normal maps for the new jerseys and pants still remains.
	Beta users will get new jerseys and pants created when they load their 
        existing ootp23 leagues.
 - Fixed an issue with uniforms not automatically loading from the nicknames 
     directory
 - Fixed the HR total for batters not matching their total if started from a 
     quickstart
 - Fixed some rare issues causing league crashing
 - Fixed an issue where the catcher disappears during steal attempts
 - Fixed an issue with 3D player models jersey backs mirrored
 - Fixed the macOS windows resizing problem
 - Fixed HR Totals not matching in Live Start
 - Fixed an issue with the continue button and roster reduction date
 - Fixed an issue in-game with issuing bunt/running commands
 - Improved loading speed when loading logos upon game creation
 - Improved roster set
 - PT: Fixed some league crashing instances
 - PT: Fixed league corruption instances
 - PT: Fixed some issues with special characters in card names

That and invisible ball should be fixed by tomorrow's official release, I would hope.

Jerseys and ballcaps are still not loading from the nicknames folder for me. I'm using Silvam14's OOTP Stock fictional logos and uniforms/caps from the mods forum.

Also, league totals are still incorrect when selected from the Stats & AI tab. See my previous bug report for details.

Spent all afternoon setting up uniforms for my fictional league and now they're all back to default... guess that'll teach me to do anything during beta. lol

Same issues persisting; the license key gets typed in, a thank you for buying the game message appears, and then all of the menu options become unclickable. I am a bit concerned, not going to lie.

And restarting the game does not fix this? What kind of system do you have?

This is in 2d classic mode, right? Jorin had a fix for this, but it seems like maybe it didn't take correctly. I mentioned it to him again today.

This is a weird Mac bug. Andreas had a fix for this in 43 but it's possible that didn't end up making it into the build or didn't take correctly.

Please make sure you definitely have build 43 installed, this is supposed to be fixed.

For this issue, it's probably best to fully uninstall the old version and install 43 fresh. I'm not sure if that will fix things, but definitely worth a shot.
