I tend to add the teams to leagues so that things are balanced and it's easier to find/generate schedules for those leagues. The game is better at it than it used to be automatically, but I determine where the affiliates are based on keeping minor leagues balanced

Same as above. I found the game lets you know if a minor league is unbalanced. Since I added two new teams (the Buffalo Wings and the Charlotte Stingers), I proceeded to add two teams in the same minor league at each level. One obvious problem was the need to find new AAA minor league teams for the MLB franchises that had MiLB teams in those cities. And of course had to find or create stadiums in the new minor league cities. One thing I noted is that the International League is getting unwieldy. Thinking about splitting off the Midwest half and re-creating the American Association.

More so wondering what cities , logos , stadiums are used.. would be nice to have a database of proper MiLB teams for expansion.. takes so long to organize when trying to expand

On minor league logos, there are tons of options in graphics subforum too, including a whole thread from low with several years worth of custom logos for minor league clubs that is astounding. |
