Just to verify that the account I was carrying over to ‘23 was attached to the email that I thought it was, I used the reset password function to enter the email address and then changed the password associated with that email. Sure enough, when I went to login to my username, the password I changed for that email was for that username. Kind of a roundabout way of getting there, but it gave me peace of mind.

Old email

So, what happens if I had used an email to create an account and I no longer have access to that email, thereby unable to see or access a verification email? Am I just SOL at that point?

You would need to create an account using a different username, yes.

Good idea, but everything I can think of returns an email unknown error. I have no idea what email address I used 4 years ago! Guess, I'm SOL on the rewards unless they come up with a solution that works.

EDIT: I have been able to locate all 3 email addresses used for 1 of my licenses but am nearly certain the 2nd license I purchased a few years ago was using an old ISP email account that I am no longer a customer with so would have no access to that email ever again.

With me I put the same information as last year, but it said to use the information from last year. I think I had changed my email when OOTP 22 came out so I tried my second email and it registered so I think it might've been that one I registered with last year. Hopefully it is because if it isn't, I don't get the loyalty rewards which would suck.

As it turns out, this isn't a problem. With the change to the backend servers and this requirement to re-register your teams, you can't carry over teams from prior years' licenses. So, if you have your 3 teams set up for PT 23, you're as far as you can be.

Forgot password button isn't working and it's not recognizing my user and password that I use to log in to past perfect team accounts. What do I do?

What do you mean by 'not working'?

If you register a new account with your PT22 ID and email, it should allow it and tell you to confirm the email (we skip this during beta, just enter your PW and log in.

If that's not what happens, can you give the error message that occurs?

I know the email for 2 of my 3 accounts but no matter where I look i cannot find an account creation email for the 3rd :/
