Can't Open Perfect Draft Cards

I'm able to set up teams in Perfect Draft Tournaments, but when I try to open the team page after the tournament has started (or after the tournament is over), I get an error message "Could not sync your cards. Please retry."

This happens every time. I do get rewards from tournaments I have won, but I'd really like to follow along during the games, then review to see what worked (or didn't) when the tournament is over.
