Live Start Not Working - Mac

The first thing I did was start a new standard game and the live start feature worked perfectly. I went to change the resolution and the game crashed (this is a known issue with Macs and I'm fine with it).
However, ever since that initial crash, live start isn't working. I've tried many things - clearing the live start files, deleting all files, starting new games many times, and even deleting all OOTP files and the application itself in order to reinstall. Nothing has worked and the live start feature is still not working for me.
Not sure what else to try at this point. Any thoughts?

Can you turn on debug mode and then try to create a Live Start again, and then send us the resulting trace file (you can attach it to a forum post).
