Cannot Import OOTP 22 Game

Link to Import OOTP 22 game instructs to select world.dat from OOTP league folder but will not allow me to get back to OOTP22 world files.

Nothing I do from [Home] or [File System] allows me to get to the proper OOTP22 file path.

I tried moving the world.dat file I want to load into OOTP 23 folders as a workaround and though I could locate the file it ultimately delivered a series of error prompts and an incident folder.

This is not a bug, just how Mac designs things to compartmentalize games.

You'd need to manually copy the save from your OOTP 22 saves folder to the OOTP 23 save folder, or another OOTP 23 folder and then load it from there.

Did that initially, but I believe w/o going through Import OOTP22 just loading a saved game. If all works, consider this thread dead.

Thanks. This helped me too. I'm new to Mac so finding the containers folder was not easy. Seems like this changed from OOTP 22, which was just in the Application Support folder.
