Current/Potential Ratings All 80

Just loaded a game from OOTP22 and initially ratings were correct but now almost all players on active roster have current and potential 80 (out of 80) ratings. Minor leagues mostly 80's with some lesser ratings.

Rest of league is similar with some 75's and 65's.

Update: After import the program switched and defaulted to rating all players based on AA players. Switching to basing on MLB players fixed but have never encountered this when importing from previous version.
