I pre-ordered here. So the only way I can get it on Steam is to buy it again on Steam?

You can import non-steam games into Steam. I’ve never done (or had to do it) but he’s a quick YouTube video of someone doing it: https://youtu.be/NRa_9y9y7sI.

The complete set (1871 to 1978) Just the update.
