Only 36 players in the first OHL draft

Started a quick game, went into the Ontario Hockey League, went through a full season. I come to the draft and... there are only 36 players available? After the second round, that's it.

That's a bug, right?

Funny as it sounds, I hope so. 36 players seems awfully low.

I get a full draft class draft when I try it with a new game. I think I remember getting a report of this, but it was quite a while back. Was the game started with a recent update, or one a few months ago?

It was a game started on version 8.6.92. I will try a new game with the latest version, just saw the release thread for it.
