DUMB league is a historic league that started in 1996. We currently just wrapped up the 1998 season, and are about to enter the off-season This is a fun league, with some great GMs remaining. Join us for a flash back to the 90's, before we get into the 2000's!

OOTP Version: OOTP 22
Export Deadline/SIM Schedule: Mon - Fri 12pm ET (Noon)
League Time Per Sim: 7 Days (adjusted in post-season and offseason)
