Help converting logos into game-ready versions

Hello all
If someone can help please...
I have a few logos that I would like to turn into OOTP-ready (i.e. 150*150) and am unable to do this.
Can anyone help?

There are many free graphics programs available to do this yourself. GIMP and paint.net are very good and there are other online programs. There are many tutorials for these two online also to help you learn.

These are from Mens and Womens softball leagues in Israel

Here they are, mostly at OOTP's preferred size of 300x300. A couple are too small for that and are at 150x150.

A lot of these are not very good logos for OOTP because they are far from being square. Sports team logos tend to be close to square.
