Sep. 15 Crash

I'm starting year 2 of a custom league and it's crashing going from Sep. 15 to 16. Not sure why. I'll upload it as September 15 Crash.

Looks like it's happening because the defending champion in a custom tournament was inactivated, but is still technically qualified for the tournament. I think we can fix the file manually for you, and we'll have to add something to keep that from happening in the future.
