Cleveland Spiders Avail?

I would like to take over the Cleveland Spiders in a Historical League. Any openings out there? I know I can't be too picky about the league since I am only interested in one team. However, I hope to join a well run league with a good Commissioner. I have been looking for some time now with no luck. I am trying a new approach.
