New CBA for OOTP 23?
This is probably impossible at this point given that the game im sure is pretty far along in development, but could the new CBA be programed in if/when that gets decided?

Most of the items they have talked about can already be changed by the user.

IF and when the billionaires and meg-millionaires come to some sort of an agreement - and don't continue to diminish the already fading interest in MLB among the general public - I'm sure the OOTP team will make every effort to integrate the changes to the CBA in ensuing patches.

Make the draft 20 rounds, maybe adjust the amount of Super 2 eligible players ... trying to think of what else. I was trying to figure out exactly what to do with the Luxury tax/soft cap in league financials to account for the competitive balance tax they're arguing over right now.
