Exhibition game questions

Im playing an exhibition game the shot totals are ridiculously low how do i increase that what do i need to tweak? i hear people talking about 2d but how do i choose 2d mode in exhibition?
also how come shots are not shown on scoreboard you dont see them until you go into stats?

You can turn up the tactical shooting slider to increase the likelihood of more shots per game. If you're playing 2D, click on Tactics, then under global settings you can adjust the slider there.

Go to File -> Settings/Options and make sure the 'Simulating' drop-down menu is set to one of the 2D options. Then when you advance to the next exhibition game, select 'Play Game.'
