Additional options for drafts

All of this collective bargaining talk got me thinking about ways the draft can be changed to prevent tanking. More options to customize the order, implement some sort of lottery for non-playoff teams (or even decide which teams qualify for a lottery). Option to make the draft completely random order every round, or certain rounds. Or maybe the last 5 rounds the team has to pick players from certain states or "regions"...though I realize that is not how the region system is currently set up in the game. I guess if something gets added to the CBA regarding the draft then we'll see it in the game but even if not would be cool to have similar options.
