Operating a Junior League

I am wondering if in FHM 8 I can take control of an existing junior league like in the USHL and run it, and also if I can create my own junior league from scratch and run that?

The USHL isn't playable, but you could start a custom game and make a junior league with the USHL teams in it that could feed into the NHL or a completely custom junior league, or even both if you wanted. You can also choose if you want to keep the CHL on or not in custom, so lots of options there

I have a whole NCAA thing going in custom although I created too many teams for one league so I'm hoping they will add post-season tournaments in the future so I can crown a single national champion

The three CHL major-junior leagues are playable -- you probably know that, but I just wanted to clarify. So by "run the league" we're talking about commissioner mode, maybe?

Making the USHL playable would be a cool improvement, imo.

Making the leagues non-playable, playable and editable would be great.

A couple of questions, if you'll amuse me.

1. Can you edit the Canadian junior leagues as you see fit?

2. Could I create a league with an age restriction of 18-21? I know this was an option in OOTP.

1. Yes, kind of? What are you wanting to do?

2. You can create a Junior league in Custom games yes.

I was thinking I'd want to add some expansion teams to both the WHL and OHL.
