rasnell Hall Of Famer Join Date: Jan 2003 Location: Frankfort, Kentucky Posts: 3,746	Players won't sign full offer in 5.13 Using the new patch, 5.13, players won't sign for the full offer and there is no way to get them for much higher amounts than they asked in the second offer. I've now lost a couple of kids in their 20s by the names of Ted Williams and Joe Dimaggio. Ouch! Then, in free agency, another team signed them for less than they asked me at the start (and I was willing to offer them). My team won back to back World Series', so they must have been really hacked about my personality instead of my winning record.
