True Neutral Baseball League Seeking GMS

True Neutral Baseball League (TNBL) is currently looking for three GM's to join!!!

League Information:

All settings have been changed to be as neutral as possible giving every GM a level playing field (from Financials to Ballpark Factors). The purpose of this league is to give everyone a fair shot at winning it all.

Market sizes are equal, and the budget you have is based on how you do in the season.

There are 20 total teams that are currently in one division, with the top 12 teams advancing to the playoffs.

OOTP Version: OOTP 22
Players: Fictional
# Of Teams: 20
Exports Days: Sunday through Thursday, no sims on Friday and Saturday

League Time Per Sim: 7 days

Part of the season: Early portion of the off-season
Communication: Slack

The three available teams are as follows:

Springfield Isotopes:
Springfield narrowly missed the playoffs last season. It has been a while since Springfield was a serious contender. They have great payroll flexibility moving forwards as well as the 9th ranked farm system. There are a number of good young players in the majors currently. This team is not too far from competing for someone who wants to come in and put the finishing touches on a contender.

Austin Rattlers:
Austin finished second to last in the standings last year as they are coming off a 7-year run in making the playoffs that included two championships. The team has been torn down in the last year with the goal of rebuilding the system. Austin has a ton of payroll availability in the coming season and has the 12th ranked farm system in the league. There are a few more rebuilding seasons probably needed for Austin.

Hilton Head Hitmen :
The Hitmen missed the playoffs by only 2 games last season. The payroll opens up a lot in the coming years. They have the 14th ranked farm system and a few good players on the major league team currently. A new GM has some options if they want to go the rebuild route or try and get them into the playoffs.

This league has a number of long-time members who are dedicated to the league as well as a number of new GMS (some new to online leagues) who have joined in recent months. Together there is a collection of great GM's.
