Updated rosters with current transactions?
Any chance there is a updated roster set to start with that has all current moves like Mad Max on the Mets?

If so how do I get them to start with?

Have you tried New Standard Game LIVE START yet?

This worked through the World Series.

You will have to do this yourself. The live Roster updates stop at the beginning of the playoffs I believe. Best bet is to use the live start date as of the latest. Sim the playoffs and sim to the offseason. Then do the updates yourself. That's what I ended up doing I have updated rosters, contracts, and coaching staffs.

sadly he live start think keeps crashing for me so waiting on support response
