"problem" I never expected

So, I just pulled a Honus Wagner a few minutes ago and had to blink a couple times to make sure I was seeing correctly. Selling this card would probably allow me to finish off any remaining missions and my team would compete at diamond immediately, but at the same time it's HONUS FREAKIN' WAGNER and it's probably the most valuable card I'll ever own.

On my team, Honus is my utility IF guy. Valuable in that role but I’m not sure how many missions you would be able to complete.

Arky's L10 in the AH is a little over 50K. Other good SS's (Smith 60K, Dahlen 30K, and others) are also available. If you can sell Honus for a stupid amount of PP's, and invest that in fixing several other positions, go for it.

I’ve been using Arky for weeks and could easily afford a proper platoon mate if I sell. I don’t know that anyone is paying close to his L10, which is in the 2.6M range, but I do know there haven’t been others in the AH since I received it, so that can’t hurt.

I think I might put feelers out for the next two days to see if anyone is paying stupid money, and if he’s still on my roster when I get demoted to gold on Monday, I’ll give Honus a trial run.

I like having Hornsby on my roster especially with all of the strong lefty starters out there.

My starting bid of 2.3M has been met with 30 minutes to go on Wagner. Once I finish off the last of my FH missions, I'll figure out where else I want to upgrade with the remaining funds.

Depends how your team is? If your a whalish team that completed all missions, keep him. If you are not a whale, then sell and build an amazing team.

I just pulled the LE Buck Ewing with one of the packs I got for completing some of the Cardinals' FH missions after I finished Wainwright. But my team is well along and he's a huge upgrade over my Mauer-Bench platoon so I have Bench in the AH and Buck will catch essentially full time. He has a pretty amazing card.

I’d say that Hornsby is better than Jackie for that role. In addition to 2B and SS, he can fill in at 3B which is great flexibility.
