PTO Player Signed Notification

I had a player on a PTO during the pre-season and when I went to play the second game, I noticed he was gone from the lineup. I got no notification or anything. Can a notification for that be added?

He signed with another team? There's normally a system that reports players being signed away from your team, but I'm guessing it's not working in this case because the player isn't actually under contract to you. I'll see if we can change that to cover this situation.
