Leaderboards: Doubles (Single season)
Another in the list of records held since the Babe Ruth era but broken recently. The weird thing here is that it was held by Mandy Brooks, a fairly anonymous player. But so is Earl Webb I suppose. And plenty of the modern guys near the top of the list are unimpressive in general too.

Leaderboards: Triples (Single season)
The triples leaderboard is truly a bunch of random guys, at least as far as quality goes. Luis Salazar? But there are some notable things here.
Minnie Minoso was certainly a major triples hitter. And same goes for Gene Richards. Both were very good players, Minoso for longer than Richards. There's Mandy Brooks again! One year after his big doubles season, he had a historically great triples season! He wasn't that great overall, he just went nuts with the extra base hits for a while there. |

Leaderboards: Home runs (Single season)
I have already mentioned several of these seasons in other entries. I think this list speaks for itself.

Leaderboards: Walks (Single season)
I'm not sure what to take from this list, other than seeing who the most patient hitters were. Mostly it's the big time power hitters. Other guys, like Steve Henderson and Joe Morgan, were great hitters but with more moderate power. And yet others, like Rob Ducey and Tuffy Rhodes and of course Lance Blankenship, were (are) just hitters whose primary weapon was their discerning eye.
