Need Help

I just recently had to install a new hard drive and lost everything on the old one. I re-downloaded the game and contacted elicense and they sent me my license numbers via email. Now I just don't know what to do to get up and running again. Re-installing the game is no problem, but what do I do with these License numbers they sent me. (Plural because they sent me ootp4 and ootp5)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks I'm up and running again. The people with elicense where very helpful. I was just screwing up the lincensing steps.
