All team budgets show themselves ranked #24 in that category

Hi,

Playing with most recent version 8.4 build 71. Just started a new standard league with an NHL expansion draft, playing with 34 teams in the league.

Just noticed that all 34 teams, despite having what appear to be normal finances, all list their budget ranking as #24. Worth noting that the team I'm controlling, a custom expansion team, is actually the team ranked #24, so I'm sure it's connected to that. See pics attached.

It's not a game breaking issue but would be nice if there were a fix. thank you very much!

Update on this -- when I'm looking through the teams financial screen, going from team to team using the arrows up top, most teams show no ranking at all until I scroll past my own team, then afterwards they all show 24th. Then when I leave the screen and come back again, they all show blank until I scroll past my own team again. So maybe some kind of issue with the way the game is storing or retrieving the ranking data when you pull up the financial screen.

Yup, it's doing the same thing when I check it, even with a non-expansion team. We'll get that fixed.
