Current statistics pages for both Freemans in the GTL
Here are some Gordon Clyde Freeman-related screenshots, at least, for people's viewing here. Lot of rough outings for him in 1901, for sure, but I still think he can be a very good player, ultimately, if he gets enough support around him in the future for most, if not all, of the rest of his career.
Arthyr Gyolgi Freeman-related screenshots, at least, should be in the next post, at least. I've not yet decided whether or not to include team-related shots in the next few posts after the ones for AGF here, though, folks. Talk more soon, as time allows and all, I'm sure. Lord willing and all, of course, you know, everyone. That's all for now, I think, then. CD out.

It's very hard for me quite often to be concise and all whenever I write things down, unfortunately, and it is often at least a considerable challenge for me, seeing as I have Asperger's Syndrome as I do, jg2977. I wish it weren't so much that way for me many times, but at present, it still is quite often that way for me. Living with this daily isn't very easy to do, for sure.
On another front, what do you think of the Freemans' careers so far in my GTL? I hope to see much better numbers for them in the 1902 season, and I hope to see much better defense from Motley in it, along with much better pitching. We were terrible, to say the least. Basically last in every category, or nearly so, if I remember correctly, in fact. We had a record of 45-109 in 1901. I am hoping to see at least 60 to 65 wins for us this next season, if not more. I don't expect us to be in contention, though, until at least 1904 or 1905, in any case. We still have a lot of work to do to build a good team, unless we get rather fortunate indeed by the time free agency kicks in, it seems. I'll definitely try to transition to 22 sometime this week, if I can. But I may have a busy week ahead of me, I think, so it may take a little while to do so easily enough, to be honest. Both with housework and with literary work, for instance, at least. Hopefully we can get a bunch of people better trained at certain positions during spring training this time, where and when possible. By the end of Spring Training, I hope to see AG with a few ratings at least in the twenties or thirties, if possible, on a 100-point scale. And maybe even get GC some more training on various field positions besides pitcher and first base, as well. It may not get him into double digits this time around with at least one more position, but any bit of experience at other positions periodically should help increase his versatility, you know, over time. Talk more later, as time permits and all, I'm sure. Lord willing, of course, that is. Thank you for your input and all, and I hope to see good statistics, on average, for the Freemans in your IPA with the rest of their careers. Along with perhaps ending their careers together on the same team, for at least one year, if possible, somehow. It would be nice if they finish together, too, on at least one championship team, I think. CD out.

While the Lynx may be out now, in EC's current IPA postseason, Stoner is still in play here. As are the Vipers. My prediction for the Pro Cup finals still stands, at least in terms of how long it lasts, even if we don't yet know who the overall IPA champ will be for sure. CD out.

Some prospective items for the Boise Bossmen so far
Here are two prospective uniforms and two prospective caps for the Boise Bossmen so far. I'll probably have to tinker a bit more with them later, or add other items for the team in question, of course, but this is what I have for Boise's Bossmen so far, in any case. Please feel free to comment on them, if and when you like, within reason, people. I tried to use at least a few of the colors from the national flag on them, seeing as Boise's the national capital of Prokiru, after all. National flag also posted for comparison's sake, at least. CD out.

I just got a look at the brand-new Boise Bossmen items in-game, and they're likely going to look at least fairly good in-game, at least for the uniforms, especially the away one, it seems. The B on both of the caps made so far for the Bossmen here probably could be larger, I suppose, but it will still suffice, at least for now, I think, on both caps. Hopefully by the end of 1902's Spring Training, I'll be able to pop out at least a few more caps and at least a few more uniforms for various teams in the GTL, of course. CD out.

I'll try to do items for New Horizons Park's Imaginers next. I've already been thinking of what colors their items could be, in fact, whether other teams might share at least one team color with them or not. Hopefully I will have some items done for them soon, as well, of course. CD out.

Do you have any park suggestions I might want to consider for a team I plan to build primarily around speed, defense, and pitching, folks? Any reasonable advice will certainly be appreciated, of course. CD out.

Some prospective items for the New Horizons Park Imaginers so far
So far, I've only been able to come up with these uniforms and caps for them. I'm trying to give a different basic color scheme and all for each team I'm doing items for, of course, so that they'll be easier to tell apart when seen near each other. I'll certainly have to work more on items for them, I'm sure, but these uniforms and caps are still what I have for them so far here. Please feel free to comment within fair and logical enough reason here, then, folks. CD out.

I like the font you used for the New Horizons Park Imaginers, but the brown and pink really clash. I would go with more basic colors.

They probably do clash at least a little, but New Horizons Park still has to find a color scheme they'll settle on long-term for their team, for instance. Remember, the Good Times League is only entering its second season, after all.
I do like the mulberry color, which the away jersey has, however. And I think the brownish color may work too, along with most of the other colors used, if not all of them, if used properly enough here. I did say that I'd probably have to work more on this team, as well. But right now, I'm trying to give each team basically a different color scheme from other teams, as much as I can, and different looks, where and when I can, of course. Here's what things look like at present for the teams in the Good Times League, as near as I can figure them at present. And what certain teams may yet need for themselves in it, if not already put into the relevant game or games. Classic House: Bethlehem Bards (Have uniforms, caps, and a few logos, but am still hoping for at least one more secondary logo, if possible) Chutaro River Citizens (Everything needed, waiting on at least primary and/or secondary logos before I try and make the needed uniforms and caps) Crowley Hills Harriers (See Chutaro River) Ferguson Firebrands (Waiting for one more logo, then will do the relevant uniforms and caps as soon as possible) Glastonbury Town Criers (Everything needed, but will need help on logos) Mozart City Sonatas (See Glastonbury) Putnam Valley Polyglots (Have uniforms and caps now posted in posts 1699 and 1700 of this thread, but may need at least one primary and one secondary logo reflecting the Polyglots team nickname, at least) Wyndham Ridge Exiles (See Glastonbury) Novel House: Atlanta Hustlers (Have uniforms and caps already posted in this thread, but may need at least one primary and one secondary logo reflecting the Hustlers team nickname, at least) Boise Bossmen (Have uniforms and caps already posted in this thread, but may need at least one primary and one secondary logo reflecting the Bossmen team nickname, at least) Cambridge Eggheads (Everything needed) Granby Orators (Everything needed) Motley Misfits (See Atlanta, but need at least logos appropriate for the Misfits team nickname, at least) New Horizons Park Imaginers (Have prospective uniforms that may need to be worked on more, but don't yet have caps or suitable logos for them here. Will certainly need help with the logos, of course) Templeton Bay Slapsticks (Everything needed) Yerba Buena Borderlanders (See Atlanta, but need logos reflecting the Borderlanders team nickname, at least) Information related to Chutaro River, Crowley Hills, and Ferguson is present in my most recent request thread. hurricanekevin has not yet gotten to Chutaro River or Crowley Hills, and has done most of the needed logo work for Ferguson, but there is one slight alteration he needs to make for Ferguson's primary logo before I can make the needed other items for them. Once that change is made, I can do the needed other items for the Firebrands, for sure. I'm not yet settled on using navy blue, white, and gold, though, for the Glastonbury Town Criers, folks. I'm still periodically considering at least one or two other possible color schemes and/or fonts, at least, that they could use, in truth, for many, if not all, of their future years in the GTL. If not more than that many, ultimately, to be completely honest with you all here. I'll be back later with more comments here, as time permits and all, everyone, Lord willing, you know. Thank you all for your time and attention and all here, then, of course. CD out.

Yes, the white-blue-green color scheme is correct for Rocky Rapids. Green is the primary color and blue is secondary, I should mention, Just want a white home jersey for them. I already have a decent logo.

Okay, I'll see what I can do, then, as soon as possible. Once I find something good to use for fonts and all that I think might work best, I'll try to whip something up for you. Of course, if you're willing to try to take a stab at any of the teams listed above that still need items, please feel free to try and put your own spin on things, if and when you like, jg2977.
Talk more later, as time permits and all, I'm sure. Lord willing and all, you know. CD out.

Here's what I have for teams in the GTL so far
Here are some screenshots so that you can see what I have currently for all the teams in the Good Times League, at least for primary and/or secondary logos, as well as both home and away uniforms and caps that teams in that league may have available to them at present. Several teams still have generic items for them, obviously, either because I generally haven't made items for them yet or I've not found enough good things to use for them yet here. Please feel free to take a look at these shots, and let me know what you think, within reason, of course, folks. Thank you for your time and attention and all here, then. CD out.

EC, that picture you posted is the default Spring Ballpark or a park much, if not entirely, like it, during daylight hours, if I'm not too mistaken here. When it becomes nighttime, much of what you see is less likely to be seen, just like in other ballparks. It's like it's perhaps elevated over the surrounding ground, or something, evidently, so that you can then see what appears to be parts of other fields near or under or behind the park, along with other bits of scenery, at times. Just so you know. CD out.

My question in the post is "Why are the lights on in the daytime?" Is it possible to get the stadium without the lights on in the daytime? I like the park because it is a small-capacity stadium with no outfield bleachers... it is a minor league ballpark... my South Island League is just small towns... more or less just high school fields... a 40,000 capacity stadium is not realistic. |

Ok, sorry, must have somehow misunderstood what you were trying to ask, I suspect, then. This is largely true for your IPA as well, is it not?
So looks like I was right about either Stoner or Valmara making it to the Pro Cup finals. I still stand by my prediction that the winner of the Pro Cup will win in seven games, whether it's Stoner or Red Bluff or Turon, in a closer series than scores may indicate. Whether that's the case, then, we'll all just have to wait and see, of course. What do you think of the items seen above so far in the picture previews I shared above? What colors do you think might work best for the other teams in comparison to the ones already seen above that still need certain items for them? Just wondering, that's all. Boise is using national colors gathered from the national flag, or ones near to them, but I don't plan on all the teams doing so, of course. Talk more later, as time permits and all, I'm sure. Lord willing and all, of course, that is, EC. CD out.

Default logos, jerseys and caps for your league is never a good way to get good graphics... the OOTP generics are just OK at best. The jerseys and caps you created look better than I thought they would, but they are still not well done as far as colors used... just not my taste and style. I will not comment in detail because you rarely ever use the advice you are given... you like things your way and that is fine... I am that way, too... the difference is I get logos, jerseys and caps that the best designers have already created and use them in my leagues... that is why my IPA and South Island Leagues look pretty darn good graphically... the graphics look good because EC didn't do them... the best designers did them. CD, your league will never look good until you use what the best designers have already created. Go back into the IPA Dynasty League thread... I used no graphics in the early years... just used default graphics for the most part... someone suggested that the dynasty would look better if I used graphics more... so I got busy and got well-designed logos, jerseys and graphics... that was about 7-8 years ago... that was great advice... so I got about 5-6 of the best guys to do my teams... I got some very nice graphics... guess what?... viewership on my dynasty report doubled and tripled... and more importantly, the graphics greatly, greatly enhanced my immersion in the game... I really love the graphics in my IPA and South Island Leagues... I get great joy from them. My first word of advice for OOTP noobies would be to get teams in their leagues that already have fine graphics done by the graphics gurus. |

Yes, if I can eventually and ultimately get farther away from more generic graphics for any of my teams in any of my leagues and/or dynasties, that would be great. But I still haven't been able to fully do so, even for team nicknames that may be more traditional in their natures, in truth. If and whenever that changes, I agree they might look much better, on average, than they generally do, graphics-wise. Then again, artistically speaking, from a visual aspect, at least, I'm certainly not quite as adept as many others are here, for sure. Not by a long shot, I think.
But at least I may be getting better than I used to be with graphics around here. Or at least I hope I am, of course, EC, every so often. I'll probably never be as good here with those kinds of things as knuckler, for instance, is on average. But as long as I try my best to do what I can as I can, then that is just fine with me here, as far as it relates to my graphics work here, for sure. Not totally set on New Horizons Park's colors and/or looks yet, either, for instance, to be honest. But I'll keep working on them here as I can and all, of course, EC. Thank you for your input and all here, as always, then. Talk more later and all, as time permits and all. Lord willing and all, you know. CD out.
